Boris is a genuinely excellent person and wants the customers to be satisfied. We were a family, 2 adults and 2 kids, coming for the 1st time for skiing. He made sure everything was perfect, right from equipment to the ski instructors. He is polite and had a very good team. Even arranged transfers for us from Sofia. The location is super convenient and quality of equipment is also very good. Highly recommend him to anyone coming to Bansko. See you again next year!!!

I have been coming to Bansko for years and will always use this Ski shop. The location is great (just a short walk to the Gondola) and Boris and his team are always friendly and helpful. Very good prices too! Would highly recommend.

Took a gamble on this company not knowing anything about Bulgaria and it paid off. Found them online and they had a great reviews. Had some communications before landing in Sofia ( WhatsApp and Email) Boris and staff in the shop very laid back and helpful with fittings etc. Good range of ski gear for all levels . Shop was opposite the Gondola. Boris put us is contact with George, a chatty, friendly driver for a private transfer from airport. He also arranged private lessons with Tania, great instructor, good judgement on level needed and she spoke good English. Would 100% recommend this company for anything Bansko.
